Cheesy Egg Muffin - Recipe

belief or not.. this is one of the greatest muffin that i had taste before.. really tasteful dish... 

4 eggs 1 red chilli - diced
1 onion - diced
1 stalk spring onion - cut the appropriate size
1 tomato - deseeded and diced
1/2 cup of mixed veggies (frozen - corn, carot, peas)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese Salt

Muffin Mold
1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT cheese on top. Mix and whisk until slightly fluffy.
2. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, apply a little oil / butter on muffin mold.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin pan, sprinkle cheddar cheese over the surface. Bake in the oven until cooked or browned.
4. Mix it  and it can produce 7 seed muffin cheesy eggs.
