Chicken Paprick - one of the famous dish in Malaysia - Recipe

This is one of my favorite dish in my country... if i go to Malay Food Stall.. obviously i will make order Chicken Paprick. it's very nice and tasteful dish with rice.. 

4 pieces of chicken - chopped to small slice
2 cloves garlic - chopped fine
1 large onion - halved and sliced rough round
1 red chillies - sliced oblique
11 chillies fire - broken crap
2 kaffir lime leaves - shredded
cauliflower - small sliced
2 seed corn bud - sliced oblique
1/2 seed carrots - sliced oblique
2 seeds beans - cut 1 inch
2 tablespoons dried minced chili
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
 a bit of salt
1 cup water

How to cook:
Heat a little oil in a pan. Saute garlic until fragrant.
Enter chilli paste. Stir fry until the oil separates.
Put all the sauce. Stir fry until the oil separates.
Enter fillets. Stir until wilted chicken meat.
Enter the water. Bring to a boil.
Add salt and a little seasoning powder. Stir well.
Put all ingredients dicing. Stir well. Cook until vegetables are tender. (If the sauce is very thick, you can add a little more water).
Turn off heat and serve.
